Gene's RV and AC Repair

How we got started

Born in Tucson, Gene’s parents moved to Mesa when he was still riding a tricycle. He graduated from Mesa High School (Go Jackrabbits!) and went to work for Isley’s learning how to repair RVs. He put himself through trade school to increase his knowledge on RV mechanical repair and started thinking about going into business for himself. Based on his experience at Isley’s he recognized that the shop was remarkably busier in the winter and slow in the summer so he decided to continue his schooling and became certified in residential air conditioning repair. After applying for and obtaining the appropriate licenses, he opened Gene’s RV & AC Repair the beginning of 1980. Working from his home, Gene quickly gained a reputation of providing competent, reliable, honest, and affordable RV and AC service. The business slowly started to grow as Gene’s sons became old enough to work. Today, we are still a family run and operated business here in Mesa, AZ.
