I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you, and especially Mike the tech who fixed my RV, for the wonderful job you have done taking care of my refrigerator issue. The temperature in my freezer had been swinging almost 40 degrees from very, very cold to above freezing, making use of the RV for more than a single day all but impossible. The RV dealer was so backed up with work that they could not even look at it and told me that when they could it would take at least a week to get it fixed. You took the RV in, found the problem in less than an hour, ordered the part and fixed it all in about 10 days that included the Christmas and New Year’s holidays and when I got it home and attached shore power everything was working perfectly. You also installed to solar panel on the roof and the job was so well done that it looks like the RV came from the factory with the flexible panel installed. People often complain about poor service work but rarely take the time to compliment an organization for work well done, and I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your work, and that includes all of Gene’s people I worked with from the receptionist through the mechanic. I will recommend you to those I know who need service work as well. Thank you.

Called on Tuesday to have my 15 year old roof air conditioner replaced on my fifth wheel trailer. They had it in stock and scheduled Brad to come out the next morning. Brad quickly got the new air conditioner on the roof, got the old one down, installed the new one and we were up and running within 90 minutes. Brad is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. He, like his father Gene, will tell you what is needed or not needed about extras such as add-ons or extended warranties. These guys are real professionals.

My wife and I just returned to Indiana from a month long Motorhome journey that started in Gold Canyon, AZ. The day before we left we called your repair shop because the front AC unit was not working. You came out later that afternoon and replaced the capacitor. The AC unit worked great the whole trip and it was used a lot, as it was hot everywhere! I am still in awe of the fact that you did the work on the roof of the RV in about 110-degree weather. I was miserable hot just watching from the shade in the garage so I couldn’t imagine how uncomfortable it was on that roof. Both my wife and I are very grateful for your great service, especially under what we viewed as extreme circumstances.
